Vincent Dancer has been living in Chassagne-Montrachet since 1996 on a family vineyard of approximately 8 hectares spread over the towns of Beaune, Pommard, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet.
The estate has been certified in organic farming since 2012.
The wines are aged for 18 months in barrels and bottling is carried out without filtration or fining.
