Family estate of 6.5 hectares in Chassagne-Montrachet made up of Village, 1er cru and Grand cru appellations.
Since five generations, viticulture has been part of this family, but it was in the fifties that Cecile Pillot and Fernand Coffinet began to seriously develop the activity, in 1989 to hand over to their two Daughters, Fabienne and Laura; It was in this year that Laura and her spouse Philippe Duvernay created the Domaine COFFINET-DUVERNAY. In 2012 their son Bastien joined them.

The grapes are harvested manually in the crate.
For the white, pressed whole then light settling and total fermentation in barrels in indigenous yeasts.
For the red, 100% macerated in whole bunches then fermentation in indigenous yeasts as well.
Aging 12 to 16 months in French oak barrels including 30% new barrels for the whites, 50% for the reds. The wines are unfiltered, fined if necessary and then bottled at the estate.
