Domaine Philippe COLIN was first established in 2004. Today, we either own or farm 12.5 hectares -31 acres- of vineyards, scattered around within Chassagne-Montrachet and its vicinity. Total production adds up to around 100,000 bottles per year. Our white and red wines are broken down into 24 different appellations, among which some represent very tiny little cuvées. This will give you the opportunity to have a taste of various terroirs inside the same area.

Fermentation starts in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Wines are aged between 12 to 15 months in French oak, then lightly filtered and bottled using gravity.
